This plan is designed to help us work effectively together as a team and provide our customer the with a finish product they desired. This plan has three major elements of measurement:

1. On-time Delivery
2. Productivity
3. Quality

 

On-Time Delivery

This factor is measured by the daily schedule. When a job is shipped as scheduled it will be a plus. Points will be earned as follows:

PERFORMANCE Less than 86.99% 87-88.99% 89-90.99% 91-92.99% 93-94.99% 95-96.99% 97-98.99% 99 and up

Productivity

A productivity index will be computed by dividing estimated hours by actual hours needed to produce an order. Estimated hours are based on industry standards. Some estimates may be adjusted due to unique operating configuration of Arnold’s equipment or processes. Points will be earned as follows:

PERFORMANCE Less than 5% 86-88% 88-91.99 92-94.99%+2 95-97.99%+4 98-100.99%+6 101-103.99%+9 More than 104.99%+12

Returns, Allowances, Rework

Each time a customer returns any work we suffer economic loss. This cost is a result of loss of material, labor, and more importantly, a loss of confidence by our customer in us. It will do us little good if we run efficiently and deliver on time, if our customers find our products defective or unacceptable. This factor will be measured as a percent of sales:
