Quality Program
 The success of Arnold Printing Company depends upon the continuous improvement to achieve higher levels of quality, efficiency and service, than can be achieved by our competitors.

To remain a leader in our field we must:
a. Meet our customer's Quality standards
b. Deliver the product on time
c. Conduct our operation to achieve maximum output

Inorder to improve we must be able to measure out performance. We do that by tracking our performance on a monthly basis in 3 areas:
1. Quality
2. On-time delivery
3. Productivity

Each month our members are rewarded monetarily based on that month's performance. The amount of money distributed from the pool is based on the percent of points actually earned. Whenever the maximum number of points (36) is earned the pool will be increased 5%.
